Elmo -- Those are old. I have heard that often they just go away. At times they are withdrawn for atty fees only. Mileberg Weiss is a big company and that is all they do. They are always popping up on my news service as filing against companies of every size, many I never heard of. Only in America. Since the officers and BoD are not directly involved why slam an insurance company. There have only been 2 companies I have owned over 2 decades that I felt deserved such. That actually worked hard at screwing up. Still doubtful any company can be sued for the incompetence, but if they are sued for serving coffee that is hot, why not?
