The Attorney General is sued many times each year, and there is an established protocol for the acceptance of service of process on the Attorney General's behalf. This was a grandstanding, dishonest publicity stunt, and it would not be inappropriate for the state disciplinary committee to look into the misconduct of the attorney(s) involved.
