Hi Jim: I forgot to put in my last post that the 'near shell' has to be domiciled in either Nevada or Utah. That's because neither state require shareholder approval for reverse mergers or buyouts. I've had to run around to all the boards I've posted this on and add this to it. Sorry. Any Nevada or Utah companies, let me know. They have to be willing to be bought outright, not part of a reverse merger. Also, I need you folks to track the shell down. I have a ton of shells sitting here. It's easy to sit and call them, which means there's a good chance I will already have the shell someone else recommends, on my own list. What I need is for someone to call a potentential 'near shell' and speak to them, find out if they are willing to be bought out. If you find one that is, then send me an email. You'll have to earn your commission. LOL. Kirk :>)
