Vince, First of all, homeowners that DON'T have fixed rate mortgages will see increases, but these are NOT going up catastrophically as you suggest because there are yearly caps. It sounds like you're in Canada (based on your use of the term "province"). I will freely admit that I don't know the credit laws or protocols there....... However, in the States, there are rules for ARM mortgages. As well, I mentioned that I wanted you to look at the CRB indexes because they show such huge inflationary increases, so I went and got them for you: I've made some clarifying edits to the table (added the "+" to show direction.....)to help you see what AG is dealing with on the commodity front.
