Did Pat Mudge assist you (feeding you information)with your reports or original back ground checking on TERN?

I don't know Pat Mudge, and I really didn't follow the thread much. The stock dropped from the 170's to the 60's I recall in 5 days after we put out the report. Thus I took a huge profit quick and moved on... The market crashed at the same time so I won't suggest we had everything to do with that drop. Credit much of our profit to luck...

The TERN research was done by some top guys, not us FYI.

My opinion of TERN is: It's hugely overvalued and run by guys who should not be trusted. They do have some real products. But IMO, there are reasonable concerns as to if they can make SCDMA a true player in the market. Without SCDMA they're toast IMO.

I never hold long a stock with fraud spewing management and IMO that's what you have if you own TERN. I'll agree to disagree with you on the merit of our concerns about TERN.

Kimberly,
Your attack on pluvia has nothing to do with whether a
convicted felon also mishandled sizeable charitable contributions.

I'm curious about what happened to the money between the time of donation and its alleged return to contributors.

Was it held in an escrow account? If so, it should be easy for the said felon to clear up any misgivings pluvia has.

w.

In regards to the TERN report.

I provided Pluvia with a lot of that info. I know exactly who conducted those interviews and the dates, times and places they were held. Those quotes are absolutely accurate.
