After reading the news articles
cited in the most recent lawsuit, all I can say is you have to be kidding me. These are reputable firms but do they honestly have any concept of Rule 10b-5? Their frivolus lawsuits are closer to being a fraud on the market than cyber's press releases. The articles discussing domestic agreements state 'pending FDA approval'. If the lawsuits were right you would never be able to promote your company for fear of a 10b-5 suit if the stock price went down. If anyone was mislead by the press releases they are idiots who do not have the intelligence (that should be required) to invest in the market. If these lawsuits make it passed a motion to dismiss I will have to find a more ethical profession.
