No no. I own a small software company. I was between projects when I did daytrading. I was successful in it a little (to the tune of 100k in six months) but then started a new software project that keeps me busy all day. And decided that I prefer the security of my multi-year contract to the insecurity of daytrading. Possibly if I had made 2 or 3 million in trading, I might have retired. (Edit. But it didn't happen). But I think I can get to that more reliably by working than by trying to make it in the market.
