Probably in response to the queries related to the removal of the "NDB Sucks" thread On February 5, 2000, Go2Net entered into a Co-Branding and Marketing Agreement with National Discount Brokers Corporation ("NDB"). To assist NDB in compliance with securities regulations, the parties agreed that Go2Net shall use commercially reasonable efforts to remove any and all discussion threads which relate specifically to NDB or National Discount Brokers Group, Inc. by the fifteenth day of the month after the month in which the thread first appears.
