It's always a lone nut....the Stasi connection is intriguing, but motive is murky....

The two best used book sites are bibliofind.com and abebooks.com. On these sites you deal directly with the bookseller. Bibliofind had one Piper title, but it wasn't the JFK. Alibris is a broker, so you're not dealing directly with the bookseller. They're also a little higher in price than the other two. But at least they had your book. alibris.com

A good friend of mine deals in conspiracy books. (And a lot of other interesting stuff) His website is dated, but he sends out a stocklist every month to people who ask for one. The stocklist usually has 100-125 titles. The thing is fun to read whether you buy a book or not, I highly recommend it. You can request a stocklist by e-mailing him at home@nutmegbooks.com. His website is nutmegbooks.com.
