Hi New Economy: Your comments are all wrong.

They must be - they make too much sense.

I think I heard someone at this year's Oscars say,
"so this is what's at the other end of the rabbit hole".

It's easy for me to see Greenspan as the Queen of Hearts, and the US media as her loyal followers.

When durable goods orders fall to 9 year lows and the response is that US companies can't possibly meet the demand, I shake my head.

Rather than expanding supply to meet the demand,
they are bent on reducing demand to meet the supply.
"So this is what's at the other end of the rabbit hole."

Oh well, I'm sure Al Gore or George Bush will lead us out of this.
