I am becoming increasingly interested in an idea floated on the main thread. That being, thread bloat as a market, sector or stock indicator. Forget TA, FA and the like, TB is starting to emerge as an interesting alternative.

Of course, while this may work on "traditional" threads, there is no clear indication of what a marked increase in posts on this thread might signify, except maybe boredom.
