Jeffrey, It's actually the Market Makers for whom some of the defendants work that are the criminals being sought and the trail that leads to them starts with their hired help (bashers).
As for one example... stay tuned. INVT may set a precedent here. MM's are acting criminally on the otc/bb and sooner than later will pay before being shut down and replaced.
