Good point. How about they believe in their technology and are willing to back-it with real money. They are on a mission to show HDR is supreme and that is one of the reasons for the move with DDI. You see they all know Q has the products, i will even venture to say this is beyond political, think Macro, not Micro and the future becomes clear.........

China will present an opportunity, we go up, or some of us will buy more, need to make a decision, soon.....

Remember that Q was going to be part of a consortium, and surely was not going to spend billions because the Japanese didn't have an auction, just a beauty contest.
