Wonder what the penalty would be if a citizen had caused the fire? Prison would be a possibility, bankruptcy a certainty.

But, but, but, the Secretary TOLD us the nuclear weapons were safe!! How could this possible happen?!?! If you can't trust the Government, who can you trust?

Guess if a Federal official tells you "don't panic" the only rational thing go do is to start screaming and run till you drop.
