Vad: You're so right about the scalping thing. People by and large scoff at 3/8 and 3/4 of a point when they were used to making 10-15 per day but I learned to support myself last summer on gains like that when I had most of my money tied up in a larger position that I had to wait on. I still much much prefer that type of trading - always get such a sense of relief when I'm out of the position (especially if it's a long position these days :)
