Joe,

Santa Clara County price rises 45% from April '99 to $577,820.

This is where the action is in the computer industry! Home prices are a reflection of the incredible growth rates the industry has been experiencing.

Re: Median: Santa Clara County price

Joe,
I am interested in purchasing a property in Alameda or Marin County. If you see any articles similar to the one you just posted, would you please let me know. Either here or by private mail would be OK.

Thanks!
Richard

Joe,

It must be difficult to understand the concept of economic bubbles and the dangers they present when you have housing prices that are almost 4 times greater then the rest of the country.

$577 k......unbelievable!
