OT/lol/ David from the tc 2000 Gone with the Wind
In the years circa 217-207 b.c., the Carthaginian general Hannibal crossed the Alps and played havoc with Roman forces, overrunning the Po Valley but failing to take Rome. During the period, this relentless warrior struck such terror into the citizens of Rome that mothers fell into the habit of admonishing their children with the threat that, if they weren't good, Hannibal would get them. Today, we have a conqueror, quite different in manner and disposition, but who has struck fear into the hearts of all people who own stocks. He has invaded the canyons of Wall Street and set fire to countless sacks of what has now become an extinct commodity, formerly sold under the trademarked name, ?Irrational Exuberance.?
So let us embrace this holiday weekend, our fears mitigated by the knowledge that, while the exuberance may well be gone with the winds howling through the canyons of Wall Street and the Alps, there will never be a shortage of the irrational.

Woah! Is this intended as a personal attack or dig? It sure seems like one.

Just my opinion. The issue isn't who writes what how well but who writes off-topic.
