The shareholders would turn it down. There isn't any common ground between a company stuffing free-stuff CDs with warmed-over 80's bloatware and a technology company like Inprise. The Linux term in this equation was a farce. Your mother-in-law can have her own Linux distro based on Debian and there is at least one reported case of a cat releasing it's own version of Linux. Linux will be highly successful, but Corel will have nothing to do with that.
