WH, i know its doubtful you;d play junior oil or mine plays, but there is a saying, there is more gold / oil / whatever in people's minds then there ever is in the ground...

it may be wise to sell while the perception level is at the peak...

btw that was me who called the internet a toy, not VL

William <None of that spells maturity> What does that have to do with the decision to buy stock? The development and use of the internet is going just fine -- it is the blind, stupified investment in companies with "unlimited potential" (but no immediate profit prospects) that is the issue -- as self-appointed head cheerleader of the "new economy" you should know that by now. Down 60% -- why not 70%, or 98%. The stock market will come back -- but I would not hold my breath for a rebound using the "basket of internet stocks approach". You bought a a bunch of snowmen in the winter -- spring is not kind to snowmen. They don't just melt 60%.
