LTK - I think "the herd" will be a lot more careful about valuations in the future. And so will "idiot analysts".
But those analysts are equally idiotic IMO downgrading stocks after they've already fallen 70%. Where were they when those same stocks were riding high? In other words, the same foolishness which was evident when everyone was buying like there was no tomorrow is appearing now on the short side. Threads are filled with bashers proclaiming the very best stocks are headed down into sometimes single digit PE's for no other reason than negative momentum which they are betting will continue. You can short at the highs but don't forget to go long at the bottom. I tend to be bullish but in truth the only way to continue making money is to bet both ways. And now I feel we are at or near bottoms in most of the hammered down techs and retailers.
