I cannot control who responds to my posts.

I do not share this fellows view. On most occasions when I have seen his posts he has seemed to be a reasonable thinker. I think it is not unreasonable for any shareholder at this point to have a little paranoia.

BDB, if you follow this kiwi's thinking through the next few posts and onto the HLTH board, he actually is making a very sound point. I think it is off the mark as originally stated, but it is not beyond being a conspiracy between ALL players to get the deals done cheaply but at a constant ratio of ownership in the final entity, seeing that a few months down the line the stock price will have rebounded and they will not have all those write-downs.
