Re: OUM This is all very interesting. A key point I see is access speed. From listening to the interview, he claims the access speed to be competitive with DRAM. What exactly does this mean? How competitive? If this technology is to be a factor in performance applications it will need to be competitive with SDRAM, not just DRAM. Nevertheless there would be a great use for it in "system on a chip" devices where it could provide the complete memory, even if the performance was not quite on a par with SDRAM. EP
