Sergio,

SORC: explain....TA my friend, simple TA. The chart I posted to you was the picture of what we are always looking for in a FA strong stock. I think you were correct in that a certain amount of the move from 12 to 14 was simple short covering due to the long weekend. Short traders do not like to hold a position anymore than a long trader does over a long weekend. SORC is, as you know, a strong company with the right customer base to continue growth over the long term.

On REIT's...as interest rates go up so does the value of real estate. REIT's are required to payout or dividend that increase to their share holders. That is why they were incredibly popular in the late 80's and early 90's. When tech. came along the gains on stocks outweighed the gains on real estate so REIT's fell from grace. I remember in the early 80's having a 30 day CD that paid out 21% interest. Some REIT's as you know are paying 17 and 18% now. Up interest rates, up payout in REIT's.

NG....EPEX as well as AE, CHK etc. have all gained nicely. I agree that the move is a bit premature and some profit taking is due. However, my target on EPEX has not been met yet. As with any hot stock or sector my full intention is to play them 50/30% on the bounces.

Been painting fence all day. Should have thought about that when I built it 15 yrs ago. 3 miles of board rail fence is a lot!!!
