Alan,

You pointed out that USPIX has substantially fallen short of its objectives since January. I hadn't actually worked up the numbers for my own case until I saw your post. Here's what I did:

Purchase 2/4, sell 5/24. QQQ was down 20%; USPIX up 6%.

(Consistent with the numbers you gave--USPIX should be up around 40%). I'm not very pleased. <g>

I wish I could answer your question on why this happened.

But seeing these numbers makes me hesitate to buy UOPIX, their UltraOTC fund (seeks to correspond to twice the performance of the Nasdaq 100 index).
