But u know.... it wouldn't be a big deal to set up a script to watch post count by people and have it auto-send an email to Admin if the post count exceeded a configurable threshold during a configurable time period / window.

Of course this would be easy if you had access to the java source that drives the DB...

and if u had it run as a background process on one of the main servers it would just run standalone until the next boot/sys down time.
