bob, The tech sector is woefully unrepresented in the CEF world and always has been. The only pure player is FND, which is an internut CEF. It is down a lot and if the manager knows anything about value, a big if, could be a good spec here. However, the discount is kind of puny. Other than that, Central Securities and General American are slightly overweighted in tech and sell at big discounts. I have owned both at bottoms and they are well managed funds.
