Hi JC (I mean JDN, I got confused about who had the broken toe. Haven't had time to follow the thread much this week, son graduating high school you know.) I used to be married to an orthopaedic surgeon. Isn't the treatment for broken toe to simply tape it to the toe next to it? Then wear open toed sandals of some type? That's all I've ever seen done. I know it's painful and I hope you get better soon....with no deformities> <g>
Later.
