Actually you would be surprised at the number of people Anthony has helped both long and short. We are all in the market to make money and though he is brash, if it was not for his posts, I think many would never quite realize just how funcky this whole market thing is. Most of our posts on other threads are simply our opinions. I mean, for the same reason that you came over and posted because you had something to say, we also get worked up and post on the other threads. Unfortunately you only see the public posts, which are usually a battle of words. The pm's are quite different, we get many requests for tips and "what do I do now" questions, that get answered quite squarely. Anthony is not perfect, but I think you would be surprised at just how many people he has helped on SI. Me and you probably would have taken the more private road, and then I would agree that we would have helped no one. I wish all public posts could be like these, unfortunately the debate is going to get heated. Actually, if you notice, even we finally stop wasting our time with the last few bull headed longs that still maintain their stock is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Even though it has lost most of its value over the last two months. Some people are just too stubborn to be trading, they seem to learn nothing. rhansen

Mrs Hoghead... I agree with you,,, (I don't condone a mean spirit) But it's a Game. (finding someone's weakness is a game) it's Like a Game of Basketball. Guy's can yell and scream at each other... And call each other names...One minute,,, Punch each other in the Noze... And then go Out for a Beer. It's different for women... Women take it all personal...and it's not.

If you confuse what you're doing for some sort of crusade for Good, just tell me how many of you scam busters would be out there if there wasn't money to be made. what you're refering to is charity. trading stocks and charity are two different things. alerting people of potential problems with a stock is another thing. if tony and pluvia decided to never post anything about ECNC do you think it would have never collapsed?
