TD: So who profits in a drought? In IL, the City of Chicago sells Lake Michigan water to all the suburbs since the water table is 400 feet below ground. We have water but pay dearly for it. Maybe water tower companies like CBI Industries and Pitt-Desmoines would do well if the drought continues.
BTW: I owned SWTX in the fall. Now doing well I see. Was a dud for a long time.
