I am sure, based on your description of your education, that you are aware that none of the images attributed to Cleopatra are universally considered to be authentic. Still, there are quite a number of them. As you know, Cleopatra was not considered to be a great beauty, it was her intelligence, power, personality and charm that made her irresistable. And I believe she is reputed to have had a large nose with a bend in the bridge, like many people of Mediterranean or Semitic heritage.
