Yes, you clarified that before i got to the Submit button there. It's true that net use is growing in Cuba, but it is quite controlled ... and even where it is not directly controlled, the threat of possible surveillance tends to control content ... this is a question in which i have interest, i've been looking into it ... can't give any specifics for obvious reasons. It must be said, though - a cubano has every bit as much opportunity as does an american to criticise the US government. [little commie humor there] .. cheers
