the Government should not disrupt the model that has produced those platforms just because they are mad at MSFT.

But once more, how does an OS-app split "disrupt the model", whatever "the model" may be? As near as I can tell, the government's rather narrow proposal is actually based on leaving "the model" intact as much as possible. The OS monopoly is being left in place.

Rudedog- You oughta check out the current Ultra 5 action on ebay. Guys are lining up for low end SUN Workstations like you may have never imagined possible. The development platform has no x86 peer. -JCJ
