The only Cubans dying are the ones trying to ESCAPE Cuba on a little dinghy.

Many Americans practice Bungee jumping as a way to Escape the monotony of everyday life in America. Many of them die in jumping accidents. Would you call America a repressive regime because of the dead bungee jumpers? Should another foreign government come to the liberation of bungee jumpers?
