I was wondering what QP2 data is.. Is that a certain service? I was wondering if anyone is using John Murphy's CPR (Chart Pattern Recognition plug-in? If so, do you have an opinion? Thanks, Jay

Hiya Cat Lady! Sorry for the delay...decided to step away from the 'puter for a while before I vented my frustration in an inappropriate, but probably somewhat gratifying manner. Yes, I have QP2 up and running and can get it to display charts on any of the securities I want....I just wanted the Metastock flexibility in drawing trendlines, and working with the indicators, but I'm wondering if I have to use one of the four data sources they list....that rubs me the wrong way, if I do, as I like the freedom to choose the best data vendor at the best price....if that's the case, I may have to return the Metastock software, and begin the charting software search anew :~( I don't want to do that. I would rather try to find a way to make this work. Timba
