DustyRoads replied to my Stockhouse message and I post it below. The shareholders proxy form referred to was written by DustyRoads and posted by him on Stockhouse. Crudestope. DustyRoads writes: My sources confirm all of this. The BOD will fail in it's attempt to declare the proxies invalid as they were not solicited by Dr. Jennings. The Shareholders Proxy form was placed on this forum by ME, unilaterally, on behalf of all shareholders to use or not use as they so choose. I am NOT Dr. Christopher Jennings. I have never even talked to Dr. Jennings! I am someone with his ears and eyes open, nothing more. When the time comes, I'll prove it! That said, if gemsearcher would step forward and volunteer as proxy bucket, we could do it all again..
