Not totally. For anyone who owns or has owned a business, "the customer is always (usually) right" is a tough line to choke out. In many cases even if the customer has a valid complaint you end up seeing their worst qualities when they are in a fit of rage. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt like I am now after this smart @$$ remark -

but being right also requires a degree of decorum in my book. Right with a bad attitude is what makes many customers with a valid complaint wrong. In all too many cases people who scream the loudest are quickly rewarded and treated with kid gloves. Not with this guy...I am willing to bite back.
