That formation on ELON starting the 2nd week of April can be called a cup with handle. It's not a "classic" rendition where the rims are at the alltime high so any breakout should not be expected to have the "classic" result.
Use a break over a MDTL-type line across the right rim as a signal for early entry or to start a partial position.
