It is now clear that the real reason for the collapse last week had nothing to do with dropped subsidies in Korea. It is much more fundamental what is going on in Korea is nothing less than the battle for CDMA2000 or W-CDMA. Thats it and you take your view as to what a total defeat of CDMA200 will mean to the Q.

As for China well if we get it then it will only be a matter of time before NOK, ERICY and DoCoMo start with that one as well. They won't give up. This is a life and death struggle for NOK.

The Q cannot fight this alone. I repeat why is NOK allowed to trade in the US. Where is the DoCommerce or the DoJ. They should leave MSFT alone and concentrate on dealing with those that are trying to defeat US growing companies.
