Eric Schmidt: More Leadership IS Needed....

>>Why believe their forcasts, promises of the future when they cannot take care of the present? NOW they talk of the internet,, what a revalation to a tech company. Sorry-- they dropped the ball,, big time! They warned late after saying all was well just weeks earlier. They lost credability and it will take much more than promises to regain any confidence from WS.>>

It's time for this community to discover its REAL heart and soul.

Communities are expressions of light and truth which come from the collective membership.

The financial membership side to this community is very simple: buy the stock.

But when you "buy into" something, just know that we each have a moral/ethical responsibility to make help this community grow.

Novell's corporate leadership still has a lot of explaining to do. Those who "wink, look the other way" and all say "let's all move on" we are doing this community a disservice.

For too long, Novell's leadership has been clutching, possessing and holding on to something.

Why?

I think it's a reflection of the collective corporate mindset that's been running this company.

Eric has to begin differentiating himself from this closed mindset. The proboem is that Eric is NOT someone who will stand on chairs and excite and lead.

However something even greater can come from this.

For I believe Eric IS someone who is capable of taking the massive RISK required in "letting go."

Leading in this New Age is going to be done by SERVING. And the best way to set an example of service is to "let go."

Think about this.

Peace.

GO!!
