Neal, Here is another example of mistaken identity. "Then in the last post you say "the case of the tugboat is well known and reprehensible". (Or words to that effect)." Michael posted to me but was likely directing his comment to someone else, as I never made the above comment. I am sure Michael will eventually get his facts straight and correct his mistake. Vince
