Eric, i have to take exception here. Qualcomm controls the technology, so it becomes more important that Infra companies work closer and are supported by Q, vs being an adversary........

I disagree with your statement:

Think of a technology developer such as Bell Labs, and an equipment provider western electric and Nortel.. or NASA versus Rockwell etc...
