Ruff - these are acts of last desperation, and the curtain will be down soon............Game Over Dr J has built a fantastic company. If we lose it won't matter how good the company or the technology. There is no prize for coming second here. Seems to me that the Q needs some help from Uncle Sam. Now is the time. The game is clear from Korea and Brazil and maybe others. Winner takes all....CDMA2000 or W-CDMA one or the other. The governemtns of both those countires and others watching will encourage Q and the enemy to cut eachother to pieces in front of them. Q is barred from Europe except for royalty on W-CDMA which may be affected by the outocmes in Korea and Brazil and others. What good will all the IPR be then? Best regards, L
