Yes, and if the die cost 100% more and yields are 1/8th then the cost should be 1600% higher. And if the die cost 200% more and yields are 1/32nd, then the cost should be 9600% higher.

I think these numbers are equally likely.

Let me remind you that INTC is calling for a 30% price differential by the end of the year, with Samsung saying 50%. Via's 300%-550% is just plain BS.
