I heard that too, and it's probably true. There are always both positive and negative implications of substances. That's one reason I want the government completely out of what a person takes into their body: it's up to the individual to decide what risks are worth what rewards.
Caffeine gives some people headaches and takes away other people's headaches.
Aspirin (depending upon dosage) prevents heart attacks for some and causes internal bleeding in others.
Strawberries: considered a "brain food" and has all sorts of healthy substances in it but some are wildly allergic to them.
And on and on and on.
