Hi Michael, Juan Miguel didn't even know his son was coming to the US. Elizabeth, Elion's mother, told Juan Miguel, she was taking Elion to Havana for the weekend. No one knew that she took him on a very unsafe boat to be with her lover, yet the family in Miami under oath, told the court that he knew. Also said that Juan Miguel was an unfit parent and this was NOT true. The family also LIED about the damage that the MARSHALLS did to the house. There are photos that were taken and there was NO DAMAGE to the house. The door was forced open, but it was not in the condition that the so called fisherman and Marylises claimed. You must go to herald.com and research back to when Elion was first found. The two only survivors, when they came ashore, said" There where NO survivors and that everyone drowned, including Elion. It sure makes me wonder about them since ELION did not drown and they never told a soul that this poor child was out there with the sharks. Looks like they were only looking out for themselves.
