Is Microsoft the window or is Windows Microsoft? Your arguments make it sound as though the DOJ should never have had a case against MSFT as they are a dying company or a company with a dying product. Either way Microsoft's competitors and the DOJ combined disagree with your perception. I believe extreme fears are factored into the price of the stock. No one knows what the future holds but it seems there are a lot of Windows2000 upgrades in progress at CPQ, IBM, DELL, HWP etc. TTOSBT
