*THE COMPETITION*

about a year ago, omnicorder claimed two clinical sites in upstate new york where they were doing trials and then claimed they would ipo about 6 months ago. the ipo never happened and their webiste NO LONGER LISTS ANY SITES FOR CLINICAL TRIALS (you check it out--i could not find them anymore). in my opinion, with their claims that they have an approved system for breast cancer, they are a minor league group that will be no competition. i would not be surprised if the fda were investigating their claims at some point.

here is the website:
omnicorder.com

dynamics imaging (DOBI) is in trials. however, the effectiveness is questionable (less effective than coii at last published study) and involves the woman standing and having her breast squeezed in a pneumatic device while it is scanned. they are at least in trials.

here is their website:

it is coii's race to lose at this point. a one year head start is huge in a field like this. coii will be on to back and neck pain before the first competitor is approved for breast cancer.
