The breakup value would be zero in the case of bankrupty. I do not know too much about the financials of FMO but the high debt and the goodwill scare me away.
I would prefer Meritor (MRA) but did not invest because of the debt and cash flow situation,yet this company is better than FMO IMHO, and doesn't have the asbestos problem.
An old fro my home town says that cheap doesn't mean that its worth the price - i prefer higher quality companies to invest my money.
