Thanks. That helps a lot. I usually hate funds (loads, fees, annual capital gains tax) but a friend asked me to help plan their retirement so I'm looking for something somewhat safer than individual stocks. QQQ seems like a good component but I wanted to be sure they wouldn't be paying too much. Your information helps.

Currently the index is 3101.44 which correlates to a QQQ value of 77.536. The last trade for QQQ
was 77 3/4 so it is trading at a slight premium. It sometimes trades at a slight discount and that is what I look for when buying.


Where do you get the information about QQQ trading at a premium or a discount?
