Albert V,

First it is not refining results but metallurgical results.

When we are talking of tests that takes 3-5 months to complete, it is hard to come in with an exact date. Metal recovery can take 90, 120 or more days. I understand that once the column tests are done, Metcon had to do the compilation and analysis of the results and produce a final report. This by itself can take a couple of weeks.

They started mid January. Add say 4 months and you are in Mid-May. Add a couple of weeks and it is early June. With the delays, mid June make sense. And I am sure they are not holding on this study. It will be release when ready as it is the most important piece of the puzzle.
